Formed as a joint venture between Henley and Bartra Capital, the platform began with the acquisition of two Dublin assets and later expanded through a €125 million acquisition of business parks in Dublin and Cork, comprising approximately 500,000 sq ft of office and data centre space. The portfolio included Citywest Business Campus in Dublin and Cork Airport Business Park, with occupiers across the technology, telecommunications, consumer and pharmaceutical sectors. The partnership demonstrates Henley’s ability to combine capital, market insight and local operating expertise to identify resilient real estate opportunities and create value across European markets.
