Since the launch of SIPUT I in 2017, Henley has invested more than £500 million into a UK-wide portfolio of over 350 supported living assets, providing accommodation for more than 2,100 vulnerable adults. SIPUT II builds on that track record, with £85 million raised since 2022 and £76 million committed across 48 schemes as of March 2025, delivering hundreds of completed homes and supporting more than 320 potential residents. Through long-term leases with Registered Providers and partnerships with specialist care operators, the platform supports independent living, community integration and more appropriate housing outcomes, while offering investors access to inflation-linked income in a sector underpinned by structural demand.

“Supported housing is a powerful example of where thoughtful real estate investment can make a real difference. Through SIPUT, we are helping provide safe, appropriate homes for people who need specialist support, while creating a long-term income strategy for investors. It is a sector that requires care, partnership and active management — and that is exactly where Henley’s experience can add value.”
