Private equity real estate investor Henley Investments has appointed Stuart Savidge as chief financial officer.

Savidge, who was previously chief financial officer and chief operating officer at CBRE Global Investors, has also held positions at Prestbury, JP Morgan, Apollo and Morgan Stanley.

His appointment will allow Henley’s current chief financial officer, Andy Brandon, to assume the role of chief investment officer, leading Henley’s deal transaction processes.

“Stuart has a first-class background in some of the biggest private equity real estate businesses in the world and will bring a wealth of experience to Henley,”

said Ian Rickwood, the company’s chief executive.

“Not only will he ably complement our existing strengths, but we are also confident that Stuart will help drive our current ambitions to rapidly grow Henley’s assets under management, while continuing to provide exemplary service to existing investors.”

Savidge added:

“I am greatly looking forward to this new challenge and the unique opportunities that lie ahead at Henley.”
