Henley has completed the disposal of a multi-let industrial asset in Rotterdam, marking another step in the continued evolution of its European portfolio.
Located in the Noordwest business park, the circa 15,000 sq m property comprises a mix of office, studio and storage space and has been sold to a joint venture between Van Houwelingen Vastgoed and Crossing Border Development.
The transaction follows Henley’s active management of the asset and supports the firm’s approach to recycling capital into new opportunities across its core European sectors.
Henley continues to target growth across living, offices, and industrial and logistics, with a focus on identifying assets where active management can create long-term value.
Tom Webster, Director of Asset Management at Henley, said:
“The sale is a positive outcome for the asset and allows us to redeploy capital as we continue to grow our European portfolio across our core sectors.”
The sale was also covered by CRE Media Europe.
