
Henley Investment Management, in partnership with Gillette Development, has released further details of Halcyon Residences & Marina, a new luxury waterfront residential development in Naples, Florida.
Located on an eight-acre site at 1933 Davis Boulevard, the project will comprise 66 private residences ranging from approximately 2,190 to 3,375 sq ft, alongside a 120-slip marina with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico via Rock Creek waterway. Prices start at under $3 million.
The development has been designed by MHK Architecture, with interiors by Megan Sherwood Design and construction led by DeAngelis Diamond. Planned amenities include more than 55,000 sq ft of private facilities focused on wellness, leisure and waterfront living, including fitness and wellness spaces, sports courts, social areas and an infinity pool overlooking the marina.
An appointment-only sales gallery has opened at the site, with early buyer interest already reported. The project reflects Henley’s long-term presence in the Florida market and its continued focus on delivering high-quality residential-led investments.
Construction is expected to commence in 2027, with completion targeted for 2029.
